Nicole Robinson is 20 years old from Clearwater Florida and grew up in the St. Petersburg community through school and dance. She began dancing at the age of 2, learning the basics of ballet and tap in a competition studio. By age 7, Robinson was training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre and Clogging.
Under the instruction of Mervet Elnabarawi and Wagih Aboelela, Charlotte Johnson, Travis Mesman, and Tai White at John Hopkins Middle School, Robinson decided to conclude her competitive training and focus on concert-style/pre-professional training. At this time she began classes at Academy of Ballet Arts Inc. with Suzanne Pomerantzeff, Marsha Salzer Wilson, and Michelle Kuusela; broadening her horizons by adding Pointe, Character, Pre-Professional Ballet, Modern, and Contemporary under her belt.
Attending Pinellas County Center for the Arts at Gibbs High School her instructors: Patricia L Paige Parks, Suzanne Pomerantzeff, and Doricha Sales helped her to hone in on her choreographic and teaching abilities reminding her of the love for teaching she had at a young age. Robinson actually taught her first-year long class at the age of 11 and began consistent teaching at 17. As of now, Nicole Robinson is furthering her teaching experience in Strength Training, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Acro. As well as dancing professionally with Brandon Ballet, studying to become a Minister, and attending college for Youth Development (Human Services).
