This mat Pilates class focuses on finding and moving in neutral body position. This class is mainly on the floor, laying on a mat using contemporary Kane School Pilates repertoire. The hour-long class focuses on dancers warming up their bodies as well as discovering body habits and working towards neutral. This class moves for the whole hour and the instructor demonstrates as well as gives specific corrections.
Please bring your own mat to class. Pilates props are encouraged but not required. Please bring anything to this class to make you more comfortable.
